Currently Unsupported IEEE VHDL 1076 Features

We have stopped working to bring BlueHDL VHDL up to the
IEEE VHDL 1076 Spec while still lacking some features. However,
everything needed for simulating synthesizable VHDL is already there.
Unsupported Features:
- blocks, guarded blocks and disconnection specifications
- configurations (syntax and default configurations supported)
- generates
- access types (Syntax supported)
- record types
- constant initialization for user-defined array types
- user-defined and foreign attributes
- passive statements in entity declarations
- group templates and groups
- postponed processes (Syntax supported)
- user-defined resolution functions (std_logic resolution is supported)
- linkage types
- concurrent assertions (sequential assertions supported)
